Aum Healing Center is Boston’s premiere functional medicine wellness center and we’re looking for a unique individual to fulfill our need for a dynamic, patient-centered practitioner (MD/DO/NP). RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Seeing patients 3 days per week-Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Reviewing intake forms
Establishing patient plans
Reviewing lab results
Answering clinical staff/ patient questions
Renewing prescriptions with clinical staff between appointments
Attending staff meetings each week and our quarterly team retreats
Passion for Functional Medicine and providing exceptional patient care
Completion of IFM’s Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) course (strongly preferred)
Completion of all IFM Advanced Practice Modules or working toward completing all modules for IFM certification (strongly preferred)
Previous experience using functional medicine in a clinical setting (strongly preferred)
Degree from an accredited university
Training in emergency medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine
License to practice in the state of Massachusetts (or intent to obtain license before hire date)
Current DEA and NPI Certificate of Registration
2 weeks of paid time off: made up of vacation and CME
