How do I book an appointment with the health coach?
Your health is complex. This is why we have have a dynamic team to support you in reaching your goals. Our doctor and our health coach work together to devise a treatment plan that is personal and beneficial to you. Therefore, if you would like to book an appointment with our health coach, we kindly ask that you have already met with the doctor for an initial consultation.
Is there anything I should bring to my initial consultation?
After you’ve submitted all your patient intake forms electronically, please bring your insurance card, any lab work that you’ve had done in the past year, medications and supplements.
Is there any parking available?
In order to prevent tardiness, and to be respectful of other patients’ time, we do ask that you plan ahead to ensure enough time for traffic and parking. What is your cancellation policy? What happens if I miss the appointment?
Due to an increased demand for consultations, there is a 3 business day cancellation policy. For appointments that are cancelled and/or rescheduled without proper notice, and for appointments that are missed, there is a $100 fee.
My appointment is coming up, and I want to make sure that the doctor has received my labs. How do I find that out?
Your labs get to us in a timely fashion when you get the labs done in a timely fashion. VERY IMPORTANT: We require that you get your labs done at least 10 days before your follow-up appointment to ensure that we receive them in time. If you’re unable to do so for any reason, contact our office as soon as possible to reschedule your follow-up.
When is the best time to get my labs done?
As soon as possible after your initial visit! Quest Diagnostics is a walk-in clinic, so you may head over to any of their locations at your earliest convenience. For more information on their location hours, please visit www.questdiagnostics.com.
What do I do if I need Dr. Arora to sign a form?
In order to expedite your form(s) being signed, we request that you contact our office immediately at 617-350-3134 to book an appointment with the doctor.
What’s the best way for me to direct questions betweens visits? What is Patient Fusion?
Existing patients are required to enroll in our secured network program Patient Fusion. If you need help creating an account or logging in, please call our office for assistance. Patient Fusion allows for safe communication between our patients and the doctor. Patients will also be sent their treatment plans and lab results through this portal. Because of the sensitivity of medical concerns, we kindly ask all patients to communicate with us via Patient Fusion and not over the telephone.
Can Dr. Arora be my primary care physician?
If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield, she can become your primary care physician by contacting your insurance provider.
I need to refill my prescriptions. What’s the best way to go about this?
We take your health concerns seriously and this includes prescription refills. In order to expedite this process, we ask patients to request prescription refills within three months of their last appointment. We do this to ensure that the doctor is up-to-date with your wellness plan and can make the necessary adjustments to your prescription medication dosage. For prescription refill requests made more than three months from your last appointment, we kindly ask that you call the office to book an appointment at your earliest convenience.
